Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and I Do Epic Group, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company doing business as Magnetic On Demand (“Magnetic On Demand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to the Magnetic On Demand website, purchase pages, Reader Hub, workbooks, digital tools, and related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Reader Hub access uses passwordless sign-in links sent to your email address. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, protecting access to your email account and devices, and notifying us promptly if you believe your account or sign-in link has been misused.

Your account and Reader Hub access are personal to you. You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide another person with access to your account.

Prices, product contents, shipping choices, and any applicable taxes or fees are shown before checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are one-time transactions in U.S. dollars and are not recurring subscriptions.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the displayed charge and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may correct pricing or product-description errors before fulfillment and will contact you if a correction materially affects your order.

Magnetic On Demand hardcovers and identified workbook products are printed to order. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for printing and processing before shipment. Any delivery window shown at checkout or in tracking is an estimate, not a guarantee.

We use third-party printers, fulfillment providers, and carriers, including Lulu. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and contacting us promptly if you notice an error.

Tracking is sent by email when available. International recipients, when supported, are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

When you purchase a gift copy, you authorize us and our fulfillment providers to use the recipient’s name and shipping address solely to process, deliver, track, and support that shipment and to maintain legally required transaction records.

You represent that the recipient information is accurate and that you have a lawful reason to provide it. Gift recipients are not automatically enrolled in the Reader Hub or marketing communications. Approved refunds are returned to the purchaser’s original payment method.

Covered hardcover purchases include a 30-day guarantee measured from the date the carrier marks the order delivered. To request a refund, email hello@magneticondemand.com within that 30-day period using the email address associated with the order.

If the request qualifies, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method. You may keep the book; no return shipment is required. Refund processing times after approval depend on Stripe and your financial institution. This guarantee does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

The Services and their contents—including the Magnetic On Demand book and workbooks, Reader Hub lessons and tools, prompts, frameworks, writing, audio, video, visual design, graphics, names, logos, and software—are owned by or licensed to I Do Epic Group, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased or made-available content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, create derivative products from, train an AI model on, publicly perform, or commercially exploit the content without our prior written permission. You may not share purchased files, account access, or substantial portions of protected content.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the feature you chose.

If you deliberately mark a submission public or separately consent to promotional use, you grant us permission to display and use it for that stated purpose. You may contact us to withdraw future use, although withdrawal may not affect uses already completed or records we must retain.

You must have the right to submit the content and must not submit unlawful, infringing, threatening, deceptive, invasive, or harmful material. When a tool asks you to name or describe another person, provide only what is appropriate and necessary for your personal reflection.

You may not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive conduct;
• Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, payment steps, or security features;
• Probe, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Services;
• Upload malware or interfere with another person’s access;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• Use the Services or outputs to violate another person’s privacy or rights.

Magnetic On Demand provides educational and personal-development material. Some features use AI to generate reflective content from your inputs. AI-generated material may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances and is not a diagnosis, evaluation, or professional recommendation.

You remain responsible for your decisions and use of the material. No particular personal, professional, financial, relationship, confidence, performance, or other outcome is promised. Please review the full Disclaimer.

The Services depend on third parties for functions such as payment processing, email, printing, fulfillment, hosting, AI processing, storage, and delivery. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s acts, omissions, availability, or separate terms and policies. Third-party links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, transactions, rights, or the Services; respond to legal requirements; or address a material violation of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing-law provisions—will survive.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND DIGITAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.

This section does not limit the express 30-day guarantee above or any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I DO EPIC GROUP, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so part of this limitation may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless I Do Epic Group, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Jefferson County, Idaho, and each party consents to that venue and jurisdiction.

These Terms, together with the policies they reference and any purchase-specific terms shown at checkout, form the entire agreement regarding the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the Services.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of notice or consent.
