Access for every reader
Accessibility
We want Magnetic On Demand to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

1. Our Accessibility Goal
Magnetic On Demand aims to provide an inclusive experience across our website, book-purchase pages, legal information, and reader tools. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our engineering benchmark and continue to improve the experience as our services evolve.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time certification. This page describes our current goal and support process; it is not a formal statement that every page or third-party service has been independently certified.
2. What We Are Doing
Our accessibility work includes efforts to:
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
- Use headings, landmarks, labels, and status messages that work with assistive technology;
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images;
- Maintain readable contrast, text resizing, zoom, and mobile reflow;
- Respect reduced-motion preferences; and
- Test important purchase and legal-information journeys on common screen sizes.
3. Third-Party Services
Some parts of the experience, including payment, printing, shipping, email, and hosting, rely on third-party services. We work to choose and configure those services responsibly, but their accessibility is also governed by their own products and practices.
If a third-party step creates a barrier, please contact us. We will try to provide reasonable assistance or another way to complete the task when one is available.
4. Need Help or Found a Barrier?
If you have difficulty using Magnetic On Demand, need information in another format, or want to report an accessibility barrier, email us at hello@magneticondemand.com.
If possible, include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive information. We will review your message and respond as soon as reasonably practical.
5. Ongoing Improvement
We periodically review important user journeys and update this page when our accessibility approach materially changes. Feedback from readers is an important part of that process.
