Your information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Magnetic On Demand collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective Date: August 20, 2026

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Magnetic On Demand is operated by I Do Epic Group, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“Magnetic On Demand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Magnetic On Demand website, book and workbook purchase pages, Reader Hub, Screen Test, Mirror, reader tools, support communications, and other services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This policy does not apply to websites or services operated independently by other companies. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact and account information. Your email address, account source, optional preferences or pronouns, and passwordless sign-in records. We use email-based magic links rather than a traditional password.
  • Order and fulfillment information. Your name, email address, shipping address, products ordered, shipping selection, order totals, currency, payment and refund status, and shipment or tracking information.
  • Payment information. Payments are completed through Stripe. We receive transaction references, payment status, and related order details, but we do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
  • Gift-recipient information. If you purchase a gift, we receive the recipient’s name and shipping address from you so we can fulfill that gift. We do not use gift-recipient information to create Reader Hub accounts or add recipients to marketing lists.
  • Reader Hub and user-submitted content. Information you choose to provide in the Screen Test, Mirror, character-name tools, signatures, workbooks, capstone submissions, feedback, and other reader experiences. This may include names of people you admire, descriptions of moments or qualities, written reflections, generated card details, progress markers, media references, and consent or visibility choices.
  • Bulk-order and support information. Your name, email, organization, estimated quantity, message, and anything else you include in a support or bulk-pricing request.
  • Usage and device information. We record limited first-party page events such as the route visited, event type, and timestamp. Our hosting and security providers may also process standard technical logs, including IP address, browser or device information, and request details, to operate and protect the Services.
  • Campaign and referral information. When you arrive through a tagged link, we may record limited source information included in that link, such as campaign, source, medium, term, content, landing page, and referring website. We may connect that information with later activity or a purchase so we can understand which of our own campaigns are effective.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide passwordless access and maintain Reader Hub sessions;
  • Process purchases, calculate shipping, prevent duplicate charges, and fulfill orders;
  • Send receipts, magic links, order updates, tracking notices, and support responses;
  • Personalize reader tools and generate requested Screen Test or Mirror experiences;
  • Save your progress, responses, cards, and other content when the feature calls for it;
  • Understand page use, measure our campaigns, attribute purchases to referral sources, and improve the Services through limited analytics;
  • Send optional launches, educational messages, and future offers when you have agreed to receive them or when applicable law otherwise permits;
  • Detect misuse, protect accounts and transactions, and enforce our terms; and
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

4. Cookies, Sessions, and Local Storage

We use an essential, HttpOnly session cookie to keep Reader Hub users signed in. The session may remain valid for up to twelve months unless you sign out, the session expires, or it is revoked. This cookie is used for account access and security, not third-party advertising.

Some reader experiences use browser local storage to remember items such as audio playback position or unfinished Mirror progress on your device. We also use local storage and a first-party attribution cookie to remember limited campaign and referral information for up to ninety days. This helps us connect visits, checkout activity, and purchases with the campaign or referral that brought someone to the Services. Clearing browser data may remove this locally stored information.

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or third-party behavioral advertising analytics in the Services. If we add advertising or analytics technology that requires notice or consent, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

5. AI-Assisted Features

The Screen Test uses an Anthropic language model through a Replit-managed AI integration to generate a personalized reading from the answers you submit. The relevant submitted text is transmitted to that service for processing, and the resulting reading may be saved to your Reader Hub account.

Do not include highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for the experience. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as reflective, educational content—not as a factual assessment or professional advice. See our Disclaimer.

6. When We Share Information

We share information only as reasonably needed to operate the Services, including with:

  • Stripe for hosted checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, refunds, and transaction records.
  • Lulu for shipping quotes, print-on-demand production, fulfillment, and tracking. Lulu receives the name and shipping address needed for each shipment, including a gift recipient’s information when applicable.
  • Postmark to send passwordless sign-in links, receipts, order confirmations, shipping notifications, and support-related email. Email content may include order and shipping details.
  • Ontraport to maintain reader or purchaser contact records, source information, and engagement tags used for requested or permitted communications. Gift recipients are not synced to Ontraport.
  • Anthropic and Replit-managed AI services to process prompts for AI-assisted reader features.
  • Replit and infrastructure providers that support application hosting, security, PostgreSQL-backed data storage, and object storage for files and application assets.
  • Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, reorganization, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.

7. Sale of Information and Marketing Choices

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Transactional messages—such as receipts, tracking, support replies, and requested sign-in links—are necessary to provide the Services. Optional marketing messages will include an unsubscribe method where required. You may also ask us to stop marketing email by contacting hello@magneticondemand.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, fulfill and support purchases, honor consent choices, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. Different categories may be kept for different periods.

Gift-recipient information is kept as needed for fulfillment, tracking, support, fraud prevention, and legally required transaction records. Information may remain for a limited time in backups or with service providers after deletion from active systems.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; to receive certain information about our practices; or to withdraw consent for future processing.

Send requests to hello@magneticondemand.com. Please write “Privacy Request” in the subject line and identify the email address associated with your account or order. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We may retain information when required by law or reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or transaction records.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including restricted access, secure session cookies, validation, and service provider controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

11. Adults Only

The Services are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.

12. United States Processing

I Do Epic Group, LLC is based in Idaho, United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your place of residence.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email when appropriate.

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to I Do Epic Group, LLC, doing business as Magnetic On Demand, at hello@magneticondemand.com.
